Didn’t receive fax – Genius Fax - Faxing app Review

Tried sending a fax from my phone to myself but never received it. When you hit the didn’t receive fax button it just links you to their FAQ that only tells you to show them the receipt that says it was sent. There’s no way to resend without paying again or get a refund for it not being received.
