WOW! What an improvement to this GAME ☮️

I have played this game for years and stopped due to burn-out a year or so ago. Opened the app recently to play and MAN —-HAVE THEY IMPROVED THIS GAME! Now you can win boosters by winning levels and gain rewards without having to buy them. Even the levels of play are more fun, interesting, and I am LOVING THE UPGRADES. Nice job! Great game for kids and adults. ADDICTIVE - FUN - WITHOUT GUNS ;) - TREX-Memphis
Used to love until mandatory ads

I used to be a huge fan. I stepped away from the game for a while. Now I have returned to find the game forces me to watch ads. I can’t find any way to avoid them. This is a deal breaker for me.

Game is great and challenging. But the ads will drive you crazy. I can play for so long before frustration with ads takes over. Otherwise 5 stars

This was a great game, up until couple months ago. I have written to support and sent them screenshots of the ads. The ads you can watch to get extra moves or booster. I’ve started getting ads from a game on the App Store called Can You Spot It : Puzzle game. This is a game for younger children. The ad starts off this time with a woman sitting on a commode with her pants down and a beer in her hand. This ad is on today’s watch ad for a free booster. Then it has a finger poking the woman in certain spots! This is what kids are seeing from Genie & Gems and from game listed. Go to the App Store and look game up listed above. I’ve reached out to support several times and then again today. I’m offended by the ads they are offensive tome as an adult. Do you want your children playing these games and seeing ads like this. Or games that have half naked women sitting on commode. I’ve place this game for many years but today it’s gone. The support people said they have no control over ads that’s shown on their game. Really find this had to believe! I want parents to know what they are showing to you children. Do not let your children play either of these games. I save the messages I sent to support. Want to keep them so I screenshot all the messages I did with them. If it would let me post the messages here I would. But something has to be done with games and the ads. Either the developer or App Store needs to do a better job. Do not download these games.

This would be so many Ads it’s like playing an interactive commercial with all of the advertising in it. Just like commercials that’s not why you watch TV. They say they have to put the advertising in it to make it free to play. Well then I won’t play it! You don’t watch TV to just to be brainwashed with the commercials.
Challenges are broken

I've won the gem collection challenges two times in a row and there weren't any rewards either time. It just ended and that was it. Pretty significant problem with the game.
