Level won…freezes

This has happened a few times, I’ll complete a level , then it freezes and brings me back to the same level I just won!!!!so annoying….why does this happen??
Plz return a level path!

Downloaded the updated version and the screen goes black on about every other ad and...nothing. I have to leave the game and come back to it after some time has passed. Ready to delete it...
Not what it used to be…

Sadly, this game isn’t as fun as it once was. I have played this game for many years. And once a month I was purchasing coins to not only support the creator, but to also play more. I have watched the changes slowly take place and it saddens me. It is harder to beat levels now. It’s become more frustrating as I see the gems randomly blow themselves up before I even get a chance to use them. The circles no longer can align with a line without blowing itself up. I loved this & now it’s just frustrating. So I am sadly using up the rest of my coins & tokens & then I am deleting it. Sorry Genies. You no longer are enjoyable. ?

Give us the opportunity to start from the beginning again! Candy Crush allows it over and over! I can’t go on anymore without spending tons of real cash! Gonna uninstall till this is resolved! You’ve said you’re working on it, but still nothing!!

Been playing this game for awhile. I have got to level 1436 and ask myself why I’m still playing this ! It seems like you work so hard to beat a level, accumulating points, sometimes over 100,000 then they just disappear. No coins,no reward. Shouldn’t all those points add up to something ? I could have millions by now, but you offer nothing. What’s the point of scoring if it leads nowhere? Now on level 1528.... are you kidding ? Is this a joke ???? There is no way to get all the keys before running out of moves!!! REALLY???? This game is no longer enjoyable. I quit!!! HAVE A NICE DAY!!!!????
