I was really excited to make an intro, but then I logged in and it crashed. I went back in, it crashed. I’m gonna try again, but it was really annoying. I don’t like that it’s an editor app and you can go live and have to make an account. It’s not what I would think an editing app would have in it.

It’s been weeks and an update and still crashes on a lot of effects, DOESN’T ALLOW YOU TO GO TO YOUR ITUNES to add music JUST CRASHES -C’m guys guys I was so stoked to see you guys redo this app and then have all these problems and no way to contact you? It could be one of the best new apps and instead it’s frustrating to not be able to use the app as was intended and do a complete edit. I was a devoted user before and would love to use this but I make all my video edits to my iTunes library songs ( music is just as important to my edit as the visuals- I don’t want to only be able to use Spotify music. And why does the error message “ page not found” come up when you hit app support from here? VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I have been an enthusiastic fan of Generate for three years. It is absolutely my #1 app for creating sound art projects for Instagram and designing album covers. It has a uniquely deep set of photo and video effects allowing me to do things that I didn’t imagine were possible. Generate inspires me with it’s rock solid functional options and it is simply incredible what you can create by combining filters. I often get asked by other Instagram users what app I’m using for my videos as there just isn’t anything else like it available. I have spent enough time working with the update to be really excited about what the developers have done with this already amazing app. The new editing features and filter combinations seem to provide infinite possibilities yet are well organized and easily accessible. I love that I can take my iPhone videos and turn them into works of art that I am proud of. One last thing that I think is important to mention is that this development team is very responsive to user feedback. They communicate quickly and try hard to keep their customers happy. I’m impressed with both the unique quality of the app and the team that supports it.

I PRODUCE MUSIC VIDEOS: This app was used yesterday, and I fell in love with it’s capabilities. However, today, it crashes every time when I try to open it. It even has access to the Internet. I thought maybe I needed to sign up, but the signup page keeps reporting a mismatch password though I pasted the 1st time and typed it the 2nd time to make sure the passwords were the same. Nothing!!! :( Today, I updated the app and now, I AM BEING FORCED IN TO SOME SORT OF SOCIAL MEDIA ENVIRONMENT? I HATE any kind of Social Media because Social Media is nothing more than a tracking tool! Either way, the app still WON’T WORK AFTER THE UPDATE. (No! I will not provide my email address.) Please fix the problems so I can buy the App. Thanks so much for your time!

I had some issues with the update initially (my end not theirs) Developer was responsive and helpful with all of my questions. Clearly they have been busy improving the app and adding tons of amazing new features. As an artist this is a dream tool. I absolutely love this app and keep discovering more features to experiment with. I also upgraded to pro, it is SO worth. Try it, it will be your favorite app too!!
