The effects are pretty cool! One turn off for me was whenever I use it, my phone heats up and it hurts to hold. Other than that, its amazing!

By JenniferPeri I must have over 100 photo&video apps. But since recently discovering & experimenting with Generate I've found myself compulsively coming back to it more & more. Other apps are basically so similar that I can't really distinguish them - but Generate really gives me something special. The harder I work, the harder it works! Last night, my phone actually heated up in my hand... that does concern me a bit. And sometimes it seems to 'get stuck' temporarily - both minor quibbles compared to the unique, phenomenally creative capabilities of this app. I'm a compulsive photo editor, & results here are astonishing to me. It's worth buying the filter packages. I recommend don't just settle for the 1st cool (simple) effect, but build & build on what Generate can surprise you with.
