I only got this app because I was looking for a way to buy bitcoin and transfer into a forex trading account but the verification process is ridiculous as well as withdrawals. It has been well over the 5 business days and I will take legal action soon if this issue is not resolved.
Easy to use, great way to get started

New to crypto and I find their mobile app to be an easy experience. You have to step through the initial process and provide your information, which didn’t take long, and after that I was pretty quickly buying bitcoin. I’ve used it to check market price -and am going to try their recurring buy feature (I did a small amount), which I appreciate that I can time to my pay. Starting small but hoping to grow!

I hate this app so much, I just want to withdraw my money from the app and I can’t even do that, it’s starting to feel like I’m not gonna see my money, don’t get into this exchange find some other app

I hate this app. I am not great at bitcoin apps but I have used other apps before. I have eventually figured them out. This app is so confusing. It holds your money and purchases for at least FIVE days before you can see them in your wallet. And I got sick of all this only to sell my bitcoins to find out they won’t transfer ANY of my cash BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. THIS APP IS A JOKE.

You can not transfer to a wallet. I’m so mad. My money has been tied up for 6 months. No one in tech support can help me. I give up and revisit in a couple months. They can’t even tell me how to close my account!! They say I have to transfer it to USD, but for some reason it won’t let me make transfers... I’m so mad! Do yourself a favor and get Coinbase or any other Bitcoin trading app.

Give me some indication of when I will be able to withdraw the crypto I just bought. This is the only Crypto platform I’ve ever used that you cannot tap on a balance to prepopulate the trade or transfer quantity. Crazy to be copying x.xxxxxxx when it’s located 20 pixels away. Focus more on usability, less on how pretty it is.
