The order placement process is designed to manipulate user behavior in two ways. You cannot see the trading fee schedule or the order book spread on the purchase screen. That means after you make your purchase you are given the gift of seeing how much money you have immediately lost. For example, 8%. They know you’ll say “the value will go up so it’s no problem”. If they showed you the fee and spread up front you would abort smaller or more impulsive purchases. Second, they don’t show your current balance on the order screen. You have to remember it. If you are wrong, you find out two screens later which conveniently gives you the option to transfer more money from an external account. In this way, they encourage users to add more money from external accounts.

My account frozen they keep sending me instructions to unfreeze my account and Gemini never unlocks my account it started good then it just locks my account so frustrating Still awaiting ive my information in numerous times my account is still frozen and they are trading for me and cannot do anything about it

Want to write this review to tell you that I am happy with the platform and also just want to remind Gemini that as long as we keep our tokens and coins safe from hacks it is important to me ! Also when it comes time that I want to sell some coins or tokens want to be able to do it with no hassles ! But other than that love Gemini !!
