I’m no expert on these apps.. but I feel like this app is not secure enough. My account was broken into a few nights back, and whoever is behind it I gave NO info to whatsoever. Now they have messed with and tampered with a few of my friend’s accounts too. When I emailed them, they reset my password and told me that nothing weird had happened. I think I would know when my stuff gets hacked.

App Keeps Crashing And Is Slow

I liked the Geeking App at first. You could rp, chat with people with your interests, make friends, etc. Then it’s been crashing and it takes forever to load. I have to wait 3 hours for it to be fast again. If you download this app, be prepared for a slower loading chat.

I can’t believe it isn’t fixed yet.

3/5/18 update: So I wrote this review a little while ago, expecting the glitches as said below v to be fixed. I redownloaded the app and they’re still not fixed. I’m honestly getting very frustrated at this point. I deleted most of my pictures to free up some storage, and I redownloaded some more. I went to change my profile picture and stuff, but the SAME. MESSAGE. CAME UP. Some dumb stuff about photo-stream or something. Please please PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, FIX YOUR APP! It’s like you developers don’t care. Well, unless you want a 1-star rating, get to it!! I would rate 0 stars if I could right now! Geez. Fix your app. OLD REVIEW: Okay, okay. I have been using Geeking since around August, and everything has been perfect. ...Until around October-November. I use this app a LOT, since I’m not very social in real life. On this app I can speak my mind and make friends, which is what I love about it. But what I DON’T love about it are the bugs! Bug #1: Icons/Headers Let’s use a real example. I’m a really big fan of Ken from Tokyo Ghoul, and I really wanted to make him my profile picture. I went to Safari and saved one, but when I tried to change it it wouldn’t let me! It’s not EVERY photo that it does this with, but it seems to be the ones you’ve saved from the last 24 hours. Every photo I’ve tried from a while ago works except for the ones I saved today. It even does this with the headers! A message will pop up saying something along the lines of: “We had trouble using that photo. Are you using Photo Stream? If so, report this problem.” or something like that. It really makes me mad because you’d think after it turns 12:00 AM the photos would work, and they STILL DON’T WORK!! This problem honestly frustrates me because after I wait a whole day, I’ve found different photos I want to use and don’t want to use the old ones anymore, so I have to wait ANOTHER DAY to use the ones I just found. Then I find new ones, and... You get the drift. Bug #2: Bio Editing So I like to decorate my bio every so often. I’ll be typing and want to use a cute little heart symbol or a black star from the web so I go to Safari and copy one. When I come back to edit my bio, it won’t let me do anything! I have to click BACK and PROFILE and re-do it. It won’t let me type or anything, so I have to copy a ton of symbols beforehand so I don’t have to re-make my bio. It’s like I’m stuck in some kind of viewer mode, I can’t type or Select with one tap or anything. These bugs get on my nerves. A LOT. I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY hope you guys fix these! But pleeeaaaaase at least consider my review if you see it! I’m sure you’ll have very many more happy users if you fix these bugs! Thank you (not) so much,

I agreed towards the members experience witnessing underage children. But understand geeking can’t Detect. Rather there is a child or Adult that Registered the account. So, report the underage child account then. Because other then that you can’t do anything.

Great app if you know how to use it

This is a great app but be weary, it’s difficult to use for beginners. When you log in, search for the kind of roleplay you want in the search tab at the bottom, DO NOT SCROLL THROUGH THE MENU!!!!! I hope these tips work, and with that, goodbye P.S.-my username is kirro_hasuki)))

I’ve been with geeking for nearly 4 years now. Best rp app I’ve ever had, but lately I’ve realized not much is being done for the app. It barely loads, chats spam old messages making continuing roleplays nearly impossible. Lately there is a DDLG trending chat... seriously... you’re not gonna private the chat encouraging pedophilia? Your tos says you should. Which also brings me to how now 80% of the app is now drp and it’s disgusting. I feel like the mods don’t do much these days. I actually had a chat probated because it said “Dirty to dm” and the mod told me to not encourage drp. And now it’s everywhere. You either need more mods or mods that will actually silence stuff like that. Something needs to be done, I can barely get on the app, and I know it isn’t just me, the feed is cluttered with complaints about not being able to load. What happens to 180 days of change? That should be on top of the list is fixing the processing of the app. Also the dirty needs to be cleansed. Just by simply reading the reviews about how bad it is and seeing nothing done about it makes it seem like y’all don’t care for the community. The reviews and the feed complains. I’ve seen the community make chats for themselves to take matters into their own hands and mods only tell the people defending their app to stop. If these can be fixed I’d gladly go up to 5 stars... but sadly geeking yore losing a lot of your community now a days...

I love this app to pieces but the lag it has a lot of the time really kills the expierence I’d really love if that was fixed other than that the app is great just the lag totally ruins the roleplay.

Ok I love this app for I have many friends on it. But what I hate about the app is hat it Either rarely or NEVER loads, like it will load perfectly fine somewhere in the desert where there is no service, but when I’m home it won’t load anything. Even if I had full bars of WiFi it still won’t work, please fix this stuff, I like to talk to my friends on there.
