This would be really great if it gave you info on the plant aside from a general description. As a gardener, I want to know about planting conditions, propagating etc Keep working on it...

Really wanted to like this app

When I tried to upload photos to identify a plant, the app would shut down. Or the app would tell me that the photo I was trying to upload was not viable. I would have to shut down the program and restart. Then it would accept the photo. The identification was spotty. The app would show a picture that was very similar to what I had; when I clicked on it, it would show completely different plant that looked nothing like the one I was trying to identify. Sad.

I won’t pay 2 bucks every time I want to identify a plant. I heard this was a good app but no mention of pricing. I tested it out on a known plant and it didn’t recognize it! I started reading the not so good reviews and support basically blames the user for the misinformation and app failures. Okay this tells me that the developer has no sense of customer service. Blame the app user smart move. I am glad I didn’t pay money for the app or bother to send photos of the plant I did want to identify.

Accurate photo matching and identification

I’ve shown this app a number of known and unknown flowers and leaves and it been pretty accurate at identifying the plant! I wish the pictures it show were higher quality though, because there are often details that I’d like to see closer up. Every single photo is blurry.
