Cannot figure out what my plant is called!!!!

Dragon fruit

This is my favorite plant, and fruit is absolutely delicious! I moving to Fort Hood, Texas, and plan to grow dragon fruit there. I hope it can survive the temperatures there.

Ids flowers well. Narrow search feature let me id trees that confused the app before. Good progress.

The app doesn’t do the work for you.

If used the app to ID plants unknown and it has worked very well. I’ve also tested it against already known plants and it was a bit wishy washy. It’s not 100% but it’s great to learn new plants (for me, along the trail) but don’t rely solely on one app. Use an Audobon book or other. When in doubt, don’t rely on a single source. Great app, great reference.

Joke

I took a picture of a succulent and it matched it to a rose bush that looks nothing like it. Whoever sources their data could possibly be an imbecile.

The answer came up quickly and gave me other choices.

I had lots of luck with this app at first but not now. Can’t even identify a simple hosta! Don’t waste your time.

Honestly just use the sun why would I pay for this? Then once someone identifies it which will be in like 5 or 10 minutes you can do your own research. It also doesn’t even get some plants right since it relies on flowers.

Don’t waist your money

UPDATE: This crap app won’t make it easy for you to get your money back. They send you to the Apple support page instead of anywhere useful. On top of that Apple wants you to contact the App developer. This app is garbage! I sent multiple photos of a plant to be identified. 24 hours later I got an email saying I was 13th in line and they would respond within 72 hours. Less than 2 minutes later I got a message saying they can’t identify my plant because they don’t have enough images, I however enclosed multiple. It’s a scam! I will request my money back.

The paid identification request was quick and spot on! Well worth the small fee for fast help. Will definitely use it again when needed!
