I've been enjoying this series, but this book is the worst one so far. The storyline is frankly less interesting than the previous ones, and the gameplay is vastly more frustrating. It's way too easy to die in the sewers at the beginning, the random rolls that can make you lose your equipment are stupid, and you may as well keep restarting until you roll high stats and use a precious bookmark at the beginning, because trying this one with low rolls means you're doomed.

Love it. I can't wait for more to come in the series. Hopefully with more content. XD. Ever thought about adding it to Steam on the PC?

I have enjoyed many of the other Tin Man game books, but I find this one to be lacking. The quality of the writing is not up to their usual standards, and at least one corny pop-culture reference feels really out of place in this genre.

I have several of Tin Man's game books and enjoy them, but this one was not a good example of their work. Several times I got toward the end of the story and could not pick up from my safe point. Also getting lost seems to be a recurring theme in this book, not fun at all. Terrible device for gameplay. I do recommend this company's products on the whole, just not this one.

Very well done, one of my favorites from tin man. I have all the newest ones and still play through this one from time to time.

This book is hard. If you want your Momma's "Choose Your Own Adventure" this ain't it. This book is a real dungeon crawler. I mapped out sections of this dungeon. It was great. What a challenge! Good use of NPCs too. I loved it. And yes, I even enjoyed the subtle pop culture reference which would be easy to miss if you are not paying attention.

This is one of the better titles, but you'll need to map out the route, or you can get lost easily. I had fun replaying the book and trying different paths, especially hiring the different mercenaries - really cool feature - I hope they use that again in future titles.
