I have had nothing but issues with this game from being kicked from my home kingdom with friends of over four years.....to the irrational math use to calculate power....yes I’m very upset to say the least.......but in my book....we the customer pay to play this game and the standards should be across the board.....your customers would not continuously ask for help if the game acted as the advertisers promised......sooooooo......that being said yes I do play...I do constantly complain of issues......

This game would be incredible if it wasn’t so heavily “pay to play”. You would literally have to pay thousands to compete in the kingdom I’m currently in. What’s the point of allowing “unrallyable” players? Literally this app allows players that cannot be beat or attacked (you can attack them but there’s 0 hope of victory) A game that cannot be won is no game at all. They should have power limits on players and should only allow a portion of troops to be active at once to make it more fun for ALL players and not just the players at 10 million power and above. This app should be renamed “Game Of Pocketbooks” because that’s pretty much what it is.

This game could be awesome and has the potential to become a huge success. The problem is the Devs lack of knowledge for a game like this. We have a tree that has to be upgraded to get to the next level, yet the tree is still under development....... really guys?? I do believe you guys are making a nice penny off the game and I would recommend hiring people that can write some code or something for this app. If this game didn’t have a GOT theme it would have already been dead on arrival because of the flaws and bugs of this game. When things are fixed and you put more time into the players wants and needs then I will change my rating. I enjoy games like this, I still play GOW and it has lost its longevity for most but for the most part take a few things out of that play book and implement them and give us your customers/ players a game we deserve.

The only way you will get anywhere in this game is spending money. There seems to be no set Customer Service policy when it comes to in game issues and gold that is given back to players. You can report a legitimate issue where you lost all the troops in your march and get nothing other then an email explaining how it was an error on your part when in fact it was a game glitch. Another person can contact CS and lie about an issue and get anywhere from 500k to 3M in gold. Three people can be in the same rally and all experience the same issue, all three submit the same ticket and two will be compensated and the third not. This makes no sense and it’s completely unfair to players. This “could” be a wonderful game but right now falls woefully short.
