This game was so much fun to play in the beginning, but the developers are terrible. There are 3 buildings that have been in development for months (still have to spend resources on them to upgrade in order to upgrade other buildings) you need keystones to upgrade build which you can only get keystones by spending money. My advice to anyone considering getting this game, save your money!

Tell the Dev's making it harder to protect the smaller players is NOT the way to go, forcing small players off seats wont be tolerated. *JOIN THE MOVEMENT!!* Don't spend. Spread the word.

Too expensive to upgrade: 1 Keystone is 250 coins to upgrade a building at 22 level you need 552 Keystone which is 138000 or 99.99$ per building. This does not include the 65,000,000 wood and Wheat you have to have as well. Unusable structures The Shrine is a tree that we have to upgrade that does not do anything and we have to use materials like wood to upgrade it. It’s a TREE!!! The latest upgrade took away 300,000 points. Developers said it was because they were evening out research points. This was done without notice. People work on research to get more points and they have paid in the game to get more points. So the developers stole our money without any regard to the customer. It’s upsetting that this company has terrible customer service.
Bugs and no real customer support

After investing two weeks into this game it has started to show its major flaws. In particular the food and wood counter stoped going up at 2 million even though I have acquired much more than this. This is preventing me from elevating the keep profile to the next level which requires over 4 million food and wood. I have requested help through three different methods and have been given automated email replies only to come full circle as each type of customer service points me to the next with no positive progress in resolving the problem with the game. Please tell me how I should feel comfortable with spending money on a product in whichever the free content does not work properly dnd “customer service” is automated?

With every new thing you add or change you are making it impossible for F2P players to play this game. I understand you want to get as much money as possible from this game but come on! It’s insane! Change a few things. On your forum there are great thing that some players are recommending, all you need to do is listend for a change! If you keep going like this, this game will die out very fast. So start changing things for better!!!
