Find an instant match against anyone in the world or invite your Gamecenter friends to play. Quick gameplay means you can play a game in under 3 minutes - perfect for playing on the go.
GOPS is loved by game theorists because it is purely strategic - no luck is involved. It is a bidding game like Hearts or Spades but you know what cards your opponent has.
How To Play
-Each player begins with the same 12 cards numbered 1-12.
-Bid on cards one at a time in the middle of the table; the highest bid gets the card
-The player with the highest score wins the game
I have had fun with this app! It is simple yet, addicting. Each player plays differently and it has great integration with the Game Center. Great app!
This app is pretty straight forward. There isn't much to do once you figure it out but, oddly enough it is fun to play. The instructional video was a pretty cool touch.
Fascists. I don't know why the trend is going toward not being able to play a game without entering a password or putting one's name. (It's my phone, who else's name would it be, and why is my name required to play a stupid free game?). I have no idea what sick thing the devs get out of this, but the game can't be that great if they didn't think this far ahead.
This app is cool and that guy needs to get over the Game Center thing, that's a lame reason to give one star, it definitely deserves more! Thanks.
This game should be called Game of waiting for match.....seriously....5-10 minutes of searching for a match. Concept is great waiting is not.
This is a great game. Reminds me of a card game called rook... I think. Anyway, I wish there was an offline mode, against the computer. And sometimes when I try to start a match, it says "setting up match" and just sits there, forcing me to forfeit. That's my only gripe. Otherwise, a great app. Update: just downloaded the update that lets you play against the computer:D Update to update: The computer always bets the value of the card in the middle... D': just when I was getting excited...
Why would you bill yourself as an online game if you never can connect two users? I liked playing the bot for about ten games, after that I would enjoy playing against other players. Either promote the game better, or throw in the towel.
