Had a great concept in GOF2 for free flight, but canned missions are boring, and there is no payoff for spending money for minor upgrades that do not influence the game...disappointed. I try it sometimes because GOF 2was such a good play, but mostly I play and consider deleting...

When I got this game, I had high expectations from the 2nd game. But this... this was a complete disappointment. No free roaming, locked upgrades, same missions over and over again!

Use to love the simplicity of the game and the game play. Now it’s layers of dialogues (literally), boring in between stories before you get any play time... overkill.

Won’t let me play cause I have “outdated game configurations” but my phone is very much so up to date

This game is almost nothing like galaxy on fire 2. It's been completely remade, and has little to no open world mechanics, and nothing similar to the old games. The controls are similar however, and flying is very similar as well, however it's just not the same... Sadly it's now closer to a money grab than ever before. There is no shop, no store, and no commodities like the old game has, atleast not unless you want to spend real money for the weapons and whatnot, or if you would rather take the slow route and unlock the "blueprints" instead... In addition, it's less of a spaceship sim, and more of a grind. I'd suggest galaxY on fire 2 any day over this, sorry. In addition, we never did get things like planetary landings and whatnot. What a shame too, because that would have been cool...

My favorite mobile franchise fall so far. Nothing like the first two in terms of quality, or narrative. And it doesn't look like anyone even plays this so I'm not holding my breath for GOF4

The second star is for the effort that you put in the graphics. 1- No sequel from GOF2 (silly story (if you can call that story), no open world, etc) 2- Very expensive ships ($16.99 real money) that only help you pass 1 or 2 missions then become obsolete. Please don’t. Unless you like spending money in a virtual collection that you will delete in a few days. 3- This is a forgotten game. The game is incomplete for over a year and will be forever. Act 3 or the 3rd part of the game (3rd galaxy) will never come. Perhaps they realized they made a mistake with the game and nobody is putting any money in this so they don’t care anymore.

Where is open space? Where is mining where is the old cool atmosphere of GOF 2. Do not do a new version of game! Just continue story line in GOF 2. PS: erased the the GOF3 and downloaded GOF2 to play it over again!
