Awesome visuals and setting

CastleOrange

The world of this game is wonderful. If it weren't for that I would have given up on this game within minutes. Tutorial was impossible with my chosen character, I had to restart the game and choose another. Combat is quite dull and brainless. However despite these problems (and more), I had a great overall impression. The retro feel and weird scifi writing added so much to the experience. If you don't mind toughing through some awkward game mechanics i would recommend Galactic Keep.

6+ (iOS 9.x)

Wholly original and utterly spectacular! So glad to see such a strong effort from an independent developer. This title has a place in my personal pantheon of great iOS gaming experiences. Edit: You will receive far better support for this title than others from large gaming corporations, as the developers are very active in online forums.

Engrossing Masterpiece

Korossyl

"Labor of love" doesn't quite capture this game; it's an unbelievably detailed, believable, polished world that draws the player into a dark sci-fi adventure. But it's also a really, really FUN, completely original game that feels intuitive and balanced. An essential experience for any RPG player.

Awesome Game

Herbert Derps

Reminds me of the Gamma World. On a side note: I keep dying...It's really hard. Please don't make it easier. I like it the way it is. :)

5 stars!

This is a high quality tactical/role-playing game that captures the style of board games. It is a sci-fi adventure game with interesting plot, many characters and great variety of items. And what is very important: no iap's, no pay to win.

Flawed, but pretty. Too random!

Livingtech

Instructions say you will heal if you don't take all your movement, but AFAIK that doesn't happen. Everything is randomized, so it's a painful experience as is, IMO. I'd love to see a version of this without die rolls. Seems interesting, but far too difficult.

Very Fun. Like old school D&D

The iViking

Game is turn based, so don't start it thinking it is fast paced. Imagine yourself playing with a DM. Well written descriptions. My only issue was I'd like it if it was obvious what weapon was better from your inventory.

A great sci-fi fantasy awaits!

Datalis1930

You can almost feel the pen and paper, laminated card holders, and plastic chips. With such a great job done on the writing and artwork, it's no wonder I can almost picture the events unfolding in my imagination. Well done, I look forward to seeing the adventure play out.

Absolutely Amazing

MobyKing

One of the most inventive games on the platform. Support great games.

Style over substance

Ogtacular

I wanted so much to love this game, and there is a lot to love in it. The writing is fairly good, backed up by very creative theming. The eerie music suits the setting admirably, and the old 1970's board RPG aesthetic is borderline genius. Unfortunately it fails almost completely as a game. The character "classes" and races are very poorly differentiated, for starters: essentially it boils down to some equipment limitations and a choice of special attack. Probably the largest problem is the manner in which combat is resolved...which is just about the entire game. Each attack is predicated on a roll of dice, but the outcome of each such action varies wildly...a single critical hit or failure can decide an encounter. In addition to this, there are a few large factors that operate against the player, not least of which is the encounter design. Oftentimes during the enemy turn you will suddenly see as many as five (!) monsters, all of them bee lining to attack you in a single turn. Since you have virtually no method of retreat (save a few rare items that don't always work), you can be forced to fight them all in a single turn, which virtually guarantees you'll hit a string of bad luck that ends your character. I'd like to see the designer of this game take the story and presentation elements and work them into a much better game. At this point I don't see how salvaging this game is very likely though.
