Reviews

Great but a bit expensive
Lifelesss9

Enjoyed the book very much, was a bit hurt to pay so much though.

Very engaging!

Really enjoyed this app despite vein unfamiliar with fighting fantasy and gamebooks in general. Story is engaging and well written, and I like the dice rolling mechanic. I don't know I'd further iterations add complexity, but I wish there were more elements in battle ( adding different types of abilities, stats, etc.). A bit pricey, but I saw this adventure to the end, so I'd say it's well worth it! will be buying more of these.

Amazing
Fire raptor

This was totally worth the money and is very immersive. But after several updates the only problem was that when starting the slung always blasts up to maximum and if you are listening to music then your are temporarily deafened. Other than that it is near perfect

Too many arbitrary dead ends.
Suncrush

This book has too many "Choose wrong and die" endings, and the choices that lead to them make no sense. Often, even with the benefit of hindsight, the correct choice is not obvious, and some of those correct choices are very hard to find. After a dozen restarts, I quit. This is too frustrating to be fun.

Awsome
The don of zn

This game was really really awsome and well setup, battles items usage of gold heals everything was to the T ,im abit dissapointed by the high price and the mere fact that i finished the game within 6hours...expected a longer storyline but none the less i will be playing the sequels

Great book
Blaithin76

I thought it was a very good story. It brought back memories as a kid, playing the fantasy fighting books. Playing the classic setting was pretty hard. Fun over all. Wish it was longer.

Great Fun

Brought back some fond memories. Well told and exciting story...some truly tense moments playing.

TRASH!!

Not worth the money after you die for the 1000th time just don't get this pile of garbage unless your going to place it on bookworm difficulty

Very fun interactive story. One gripe...
Bovine Panther

I really enjoy the two adventures I own. I experience the same problem with both of them: The app starts at full volume regardless of my volume setting. Scenario: quiet evening at home, I'm playing the adventure. I have to check my email. I come back to the adventure and whammo! full volume. At least it starts with a melow guitar instead of an explosion.

Great book

Fun book, the iPad is a great way to enjoy choose your own adventure books. It also keeps you from cheating too badly or accidentally looking at the last section of the book. Worth the money.
