Not worth my time

Had a Fitbit and lost it. Got a G-shock watch that I was lead to believe it would do the same as the basic Fitbit I lost. Wrong. You can walk until you drop and it may or may not calculate it. Most of the time not. Have a slow day we’re you don’t reach your goal and guarantee it will count that day. Going back to a Fitbit ASAP.

There have been multiple reviews regarding this app not featuring the step count for the correct date. This is absolute ridiculous! Casio would you please please fix this issue!

This app connected to my GRB100 watch but only sets the time. No other functions on the app work to control the watch. Probably going to return the watch since the main reason I bought it was the Bluetooth technology. No one to speak to about the app. Very frustrating.
Can’t connect to iPHONE X

Just received my Rangeman GPR 1000. Spent 2 hours trying to get the watch to connect to this app. I work in the tech industry and this app has serious issues. Sent Casio an email requesting help. If I don’t hear back, the watch gets returned and I look at another brand. Watch is awesome- application is disappointing. UPDATE: GPS navigation has to be turned off. For Connect to work. Found this info after searching many forums. Problem resolved. Casio should update instructions!

Not gonna lie, this has been one of the worst app experiences I’ve had until today’s update! Finally, things are fixed and I can view relevant information from my watch. I wish it had been done a while ago, but I’m grateful it’s finally working as advertised. Good job Casio.
