Calls won’t come through on Cell

I use the actual Desktop application for Fuze. However the calls are not sent through to my cell phone when I am away. Anyone has any idea how to get this feature to work? It’s very frustrating.

Please fix this buggy app. VOIP works on WiFi and then randomly is unavailable. When I’m on the phone, people hear a beeping sound when my earphones are connected. I can’t put my pause codes in all the time after a call because the app says Fuze is not available and to dial my regular phone number. Update the problems with connection on this app! I can’t even close out of the app without management telling me that I’m unavailable in the queue. Fix this mess!

First of a new generation of combined software. I've been testing the beta and alpha product for months and this is probably the best business communication app I've used my career as an IT Director and telco consultant. Fuze's cloud communication platform is truly revolutionary and disruptive in the marketplace.
