Fusion 360 is free iOS app published by Autodesk

All these 5 star reviews seem to be reviewing the full Fusion 360 software, not this iOS app. This app will only let you view projects, that’s fine but I felt the need to set the record straight as I assumed with the massive positive reviews the app did more.

When I view pcbs uploaded from eagle, the text on the silkscreen is impossible to read because of how blurry it is. This makes the app useless for my application

I designed toys this has Changed how I work. I can just start throwing out shapes in the form space and manipulate them as I go. Awesome!

I guess I didn’t read the details enough. You can’t do any editing whatsoever but being able to pull up models is cool... I guess...

Autodesk offers this product at a free (hobbyist) level that is as functional as the real thing! Only in team management and expensive cloud computing or advanced features (which are an add on on any case) do you find limitations. Product quality has occasional issues but the product as a whole is solid and I found solutions or work arounds on their forums. Free Autodesk academy and affordable Coursera classes provide ample training to take you from tinkercad to autocad.

I’ve always dreamed about designing cars. For years , it’s always been me drawing my ideas on paper. I tried CATIA but I spent a substantial amount of time learning the software than being creative. But fusion made it possible for me to achieve it. For the first time in my life, that childhood dream was realized and I saw my design fully rendered in views I couldn’t have imagined by other means. Plus, the ease with which I achieved it stunned me. Definitely will buy the full package once my company is up and running.

Really enjoy being able to work with Fusion 360. And having the opportunity to work on multiple plataforms is a great advantage. Kudos!
MacBook1,1 Lover!!!!
This app is great for what it is, however because it lacks almost all the features of the desktop app, I find myself having to carry around both my iPad and MacBook every day. If Autodesk could find a way to implement the features of the full application, maybe making use of the Apple Pencil or iPadOS’s new “mouse support”, this app would truly be worth a 5 star rating. That said, nothing is inherently wrong with this application and if you want what it says it does, you won’t be disappointed.
