!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The game keeps charging my credit card over and over for items I am not purchasing. Apple says I have to contact the game and the game support tells me to contact Apple. Absolutely ridiculous!! I am having to close my credit card and redo my Apple ID over this stupid game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM LIVID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I love playing the game but sometimes when I go to buy gems it glitches so I end up paying for it twice. That’s not fair to me. I’ve encountered this twice so far. Once with the 9.99 and another time with the 19.99

Well I do hope this update for Jan 2020. Works. I have to reload game several times.it will completely shut down and I have to log in again. Go to next island ,shuts down. Try the challenges. Couple plays shuts down. I give it 3 tries then I’m done.if this update doesn’t help.... I’m done. I love this game, it has helped me with issues I have with head injury yrs ago. Please FIX Chris Update .. today I deleted the game. Impossible to play when it keeps shutting down. Going to reload and see if it will work. I really enjoy playing.
Crashes A LOT!!!

Just started playing a few weeks ago. The core game is fun and seems stable but the special events / side adventures crash all the time - both when loading and when playing. I just updated both iOS and the game but still Crashy Bay! The special events only run for a few days so I probably won’t be able to finish... I have’t put any real money in so I am only annoyed, not mad.

I thought this was going to be a great game, and was really enjoying playing it. It would crash when I tried to move to a different area, but work on the second try. Frustrating, but tolerable. Now it is crashing every time I perform ANY action away from my home. I cannot compete special events, can not earn what I need to move forward and is a HUGE waste of time. I submitted “bug” reports, but after several days of wasted time, frustration and about 60 restarts...I think it’s time to delete. What a shame.

Cute game. Can be fun. Regatta is frustrating. Task take way to long to complete. Extra islands are fun but they don’t give you enough energy to get very far. The market place is completely useless. When you open it everything is sold out. Then you have to wait 10 minutes to see that it’s sold out again. Useless. Items cost too much.

I love this game but there are some bugs that greatly affect game play and thus I will likely delete the app. First, when you harvest items, they don’t always show up in the silo or barn. Today I’ve harvested wheat multiple times yet still says I have none to use to make items. This is only one example of this happening. It’s happened multiple times. I emailed tech support and submitted a ticket and never heard back from them. This seems to be a common theme. Next the store. Most of the time I can’t buy anything there because it’s already been purchased or aren’t available. What’s the point of having it if I can rarely buy items? These are two things that greatly affect game place. I couldn’t finish the regatta task I had due to the wheat not showing up in my silo. Finally, what’s the point of the extra events? You don’t gain anything super special from the final reward. I play a similar game where the final rewards have been things like, a pot that produces ten energy every 20 minutes, or another object that produces 30 energy like 30 times and then is left for decoration Or to sell. So the rewards are more worth it. Here all we get are statues. Doesn’t seem worth it when you have limited space on your home bay. I love this game but there are too many bugs and customer service is terrible and things don’t seem worth it. I’m very sad as it has much potential.
