No support from the help desk

I love the game, as long as there are no issues! The lack of support is the only reason I’m not scoring it a 5! If you have any glitches in the game, there is no support from the support desk! 3-4 months ago, you could get help, and if they couldn’t fix your issue, they would offer extra energy or something as compensation for not being able to complete in an event or not being able to complete something. Lately all you get is an automated email stating that they will be with you shortly and then you never hear from them! 3 of the last 4 issues, I never even got a response regarding my issue. This last issue that I had, I emailed about it 7 times in 7 days and they finally sent a generic email telling me to restart my game or reinstall it...I had already tried that on day 1 before I even contacted support.

First couple of levels were pretty easy. Levels got very hard very fast. You have to collect too many resources to get very far into the game.

Love this game but it is impossible to get the shovels! It is getting more and more difficult to leave up !

The glitches really aren’t as bad as some reviews suggest. You really don’t need to spend any real $$$ to enjoy this game. I’ve leveled up quickly. It IS a grind type of game. You’ll do the same things over and over again to produce goods and level up to unlock more land. Overall, I’ve enjoyed it. If there were bad bugs and glitches at one time, I’ve not really experienced it.

Good app. Really enjoy. However, it did an update and when you go to open it, it instructs you to do the update to move forward. There is no way to do it because it was already done . So I guess we are done playing since it won’t open without the “update”. -

I love this game I can play it for hours I just wish the developers would fix the game so the items in the farm can be rotated which would make it so much easier to decorate the farm to your liking.

When I reach chapter 2.The city of Arts is not working properly. The workbench and the cargo boat are not matching when it comes to accepting merchandise! Due to that I been unable to complete the mission and move forward. ?not happy at all!

I think we should have the choice to sell a product like the cows or the bakery or the juice maker not only the product but the machinery also, it make it slow wen is only products.
