Like the new look and better lay out but your update deleted all my preset weights and reps. Have to manually enter them all again and not sure if they will be there next drill. Also no way to mirror multiple set one right after another, you have to manually enter everything. Not as effective and efficient as the old app. Needs to be tweaked! Update 12/24/16 Fixed some of the entry issues but what ever they did to update the program it's SLOW! Kept locking up on me so I reinstalled and ALL my data, workouts, data disappeared completely. Emailed developers and no answer after a week, not a happy camper! Dropped it to 2 stars! Been using this app for a number of years and unfortunately they never update the workout data, kettle bells, rope, trx, etc. The routines never change, never new workouts and it’s a pain to manually add your own to the sets. When are you going to update this program to today’s workout sets? 2/2020, no update since 2016 no exercise updates, no routine update, no body weight exercises, sad it was a decent app to start with. Seems they got what they wanted to start with then dropped the whole ball!

Really great app like the interface a lot and all the depth it has did wish it had its own tab for the calorie counting so if they could add that I’d give it 5 stars

Great app, but it needs to be updated to fit the iPhone XS Max. At this point I expect apps to be updated a lot faster, it’s only 2019.
