Affordable & great quality

Honestly, this app was not that much $$ for the features you get. I love how each exercise is demonstrated and explained in detail. You can easily keep track of your progress, and create routines. It does take a minute to figure out how everything flows together. I couldn’t figure out how to add a workout to a routine (hint: you have to drag it down to the bottom of the page). But once you get the hang of it, it’s great.
We need an update to new iOS rush!!!

I love the app but, is getting left behind. Is visible that was made for previous iPhones softwares and hardwares. It’s a excellent app, but lack modern interface.

great app if you are at a slump in your workout, give you the extra boost to continue the grind and try new things out to target different and extra muscles

I love this app. Clean, easy to use, etc. but I’m ready for an upgrade to the exercises available. It’s starting to feel a bit old school. There is so much new HIIT moves etc that are part of my workout that I would like to add.

This app is great if you can’t google exercises and watch YouTube videos. If you are looking to track your work outs good luck; it is super buggy.

This has been a work(out)horse of an app! Still going for many years now despite hiccups along the way caused primarily by Apple updates. Thanks to the developer(s?) for keeping it going! The best comprehensive workout app I’ve found and not bothered by the constant and often mandatory connect-to-everyone-else-on-the-planet mania found in other apps.
