So disappointed in everything

I got the free 7 day trial but charged $1 I think that’s a ripoff, I know it’s not much but it’s still dirty. I got this app to watch the Olympic Games because I have no cable. I went ahead and canceled it after I saw how bad it was. It was always freezing up but I thought I could watch it for 7 days because it’s a 7 day free trial but NO it cancel my account and I couldn’t get back on it to watch anything. Now that’s dirty! Plus it’s way too much money. Get more channels for the price your wanting to charge people. DirecTV Now is $35 month and has a lot more channels than what you have.

App crashes every 30 minuets! It’s unstable and unfortunately unusable even with the latest update seems they made it worse

Houses for rent ruined app
After 7 days trial it’s $45 per month for 68 Chanells I get 200 chanels for $30 with xfinity it will be stupid paying this scammers $45 per month stay away and save your money ripoff

I haven’t had a good experience with futbotv after 6 months of hoping for a miracle and almost $90 out of my hard earned money paying $14.99 a month i have cancelled this service. I don’t understand how a company who could make such a great potential customer experience a better experience can deliver such a mediocre service. It is so frustrating to use this service that even the love of soccer and the very limited options in the market to access programming of soccer couldn’t make me stay with this overpriced service. I hope one day soccer fans in the US would get something with the price quality value of Netflix and put this crappy service out of business. This service is an insult to our modern age of great platforms for a customer experience.
