Monthly bill went higher during a contract! My contract is over today(9/28/18). I called to see what they can do, the best they can do was a slower WiFi for more then I have been paying for already. They could not make me any deal to keep me. Time to switch and give my money to spectrum. Hello spectrum. FIOS was better with Verizon. Frontier is not good, hello spectrum
No Voicemail Alerts to Any iOS devices

What’s going on with your Frontier Voicemail Viewer App for iOS? We no longer receive voicemail alerts/notifications of any kind on our iOS devices. It doesn’t even show the number of new, unread voicemails on the closed App icon. As a matter of fact, the voicemail only appears when you open the App. We like the notification feature and App because it links us with our landline number. The landline number acts as a central number for urgent and important calls and the App allows my husband and I to monitor it on our separate mobile devices. According to the App Update History, the last update was a year ago. Please update this App. Thank you.

Update the app to work with the new iOS 12. I depend on my notifications telling me I have a new voicemail. Not working!! Please fix ASAP.

This App worked nicely up to a couple of months ago. When a call came to our landline, we were notified on our IOS device of a voicemail being left. There was a sound and visual notification of the message there. Now, no notifications of any type. Only when the App is opened to Check voicemail status, does the App light up with a visual notification. An update is needed to rectify this or we will stay in the dark as to our home voicemail situation.

With the recent IOS update the app doesn’t work. I called customer service several times. After about 5 different explanations by 5 different service reps I finally spoke with one who cared. She talked to their back office who told her it is a known problem with no known timeframe for a fix. Frontier is pathetic.
No notifications

There's no way to tell if you have any voice messages unless you open the app.. There needs to be a way to be alerted on the app icon, Lock screen, or somewhere.
Turn notifications back on!

I’m missing important phone calls! I was used to the app badge coming on when a vm come in that I forget to check.. why do you have to manually check!! What happened to the alert feature???? Please fix this!!! Update this app!! This really is a great app when it works properly.

Hey Frontier! Fix your stupid voice message app. No notifications. That makes it pretty worthless. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Frontier tech-support only to say that they don’t handle the app. Who the heck handles the app? I don’t. Piece of junk. Update today, 3/28/2019, I got my first notification in about a year. The app was not updated. I have no idea why it started working!
