This most recent update has a bug where if you’ve opened a link to an article, after you go back to your feed and start to scroll, it re-opens the link. Doesn’t matter how fast or slow you scroll, it randomly goes back to the most recent article you opened from your feed... annoying as hell!! If this doesn't get fixed, I’m going back to the actual FB app...

I'm a privacy freak, so this is the only way I'll use Facebook in my iPad. Unfortunately, the app doesn't always work well. Since iOS 13, for example, the arrow keys on my Apple Keyboard no longer work in Friendly. Some features available in the Facebook desktop site appear to be missing in this app. And the app status line sometimes disappears until I kill the app and reload it. Comments to the developer about these issues have gone unanswered. I still use it, but I do with it (and its users) got a bit more attention from developers.
No notifications

Main issue is I’ve been using this on and off for a few days, and not receiving any push notifications. Other than that, it usually works great. Will change to 5 if this can be fixed :-)
instagram and night mode seriously broken

have been broken for months, developers are focusing new versions on improvements of what? night mode makes the background black (as it should) but keeps the text black too (wow... very useful). Instagram part of the app is useless.
