Terrible!

Lost two friends messages on my friends list. I’m trying to report the issue but it is not allowing me to. This app has too many glitches!!!

I made an account about a week before my 18th birthday without realizing it was 18+. When my birthday came and passed, i tried to log in and was told I wasn’t 18 so i couldn’t have an account. I made sure to put my correct age. Even after deleting it and redownload ing, they wouldn’t give me log in options because at the time of sign up, i wasn’t 18 :(.

i really liked the App initially but now it looks like the app is dormant and i dont know whats wrong with it....

Tried using the app….said I needed to be at least 18 to use I’m 18 and it won’t let me use it so idk

…they locked everything with a “buy subscription” button. It’s made it unenjoyable because who wants to pay $7 WEEKLY for that when you can meet people for free through Facebook groups?? Also, that’s more than what I pay for Netflix and THAT’S way more entertaining. *Deletes app*

Unable to communicate

Usually this app has been good with responding to their users, but i can't get anyone to email me back about a problem i'm having with not being able to communicate with anyone. This isn't the first time this has happened and they call it being flagged for whatever reason. Third day waiting for a response and the app is unusable since early Saturday morning.

I love the app, the only issue is that when you are blocked or flagged it can be difficult to restore your app. I’ve always been flagged without actually doing anything offensive. The report an issue is not actually working.

Hey I’m blocked and I have no idea why ? I reply to posts and it has been confirmed that no one is receiving my messages. I like the app overall. I’m just confused why my account isn’t even shown on other people’s side. Thankfully I got one person’s Snapchat from there and they have told me they don’t see my account nor my messages. Please help me when you get a chance.

I was banned supposedly for being reported as spam. I’m clearly a real person and have asked for help multiple times to get my account back. I’ve contacted the support team as you said (have tried three times) and haven’t heard back at all.
