The app help takes me to spam

I just wanted help to figure out why I can't add more icebreakers. It counts down an hour and begins again without letting me add more. Am I doing something wrong?

Edit- The developers are obviously very responsive and it’s evident they want to make a good app. They fixed the first issue I, along with other people were having. And they seemed to be interested in helping fix the second problem which I greatly appreciate. Really an awesome app and worth sticking with while they fix the bugs! This is a good concept and the app isn’t too bad. But I don’t understand why the timer to add an icebreaker counts down and then resets, never allowing you to add one. And why can’t I delete a conversation. It’s only allowing me to hide the conversation. So now it’s saying I have 30+ unread messages which I can’t even access or delete.

You need to add a location setting. I have not meet a single person that is near me. Not even a bordering state. Otherwise this is my favorite app. It also would help to know how old someone is.

Honestly the app is great, I already met about 5 friends I would consider being good friends for me. Only problem would be the ice breaker thing but really that’s the only thing I would change. Other than that everything’s fine.

Don’t download this app it is absolutely terrible first it’s approximately 75% big girls so unless that’s your thing stay away and it’s very repetitive give you the same people over and over, just terrible overall

Not really much to do. Just get a bunch of weirdos messaging me even though I’m posting the most innocent things. Also, my ice breaker reset and I’m unable to post anything else. Sooo.

I’m not happy with this app at all... and I just want to delete my account, but there’s no option to do so! I saw a developer response saying that you can now, but I have looked through the entire app. I just want my account deleted!

A new fix is needed.

My ice breaker use to be a 1 hour wait and I actually liked it that way. Now I'm waiting 12 hours a icebreaker. I'm really not liking that. See the more icebreaker the more friends you meet on the app. That's how it should be. Not a icebreaker ever 12 hours. I hope this fix can be made. Other than that it's an ok app till they get many fixes fixed
