Time tracking not working

Timer keeps crashing the app — I have already emailed support a while ago with no answer so far. This is a key feature, please fix it! I have latest versions of iOS on XS Max and of the app itself.

I love the freedom and capabilities this app offers. I love being able to scan receipts in and add payments or bill a client right from my phone. And the charts, graphs and reports really put everything into perspective.

I have just downloaded this to keep track of work hours and to have all that FreshBooks has to offer on the tip of my hand. Not even three days after install and the app doesn’t stay open and force closes it self every time. Hoping for quick bug fix from customer support.

After I retired I was asked to do a little consulting. Well that gig has lasted 11 months so far and FreshBooks has kept me organized and getting paid on time. Phone I support is amazing. They answer on two rings and really know their stuff. The also make dumb questions feel not so dumb. Since I take pictures of expense receipts WHEN I sign them I’m not losing them or money as I did while employed full time. One ‘un-lost’ receipt easily pays for the program each month. Happy customer.

I’ve been trying out FreshBooks for a few weeks and while it’s still lacking in some areas, it is pretty good for a free app. I needed something to track/log expenses, mileage, hours and invoices. I use the app along with the online version and set up was fairly straightforward. Both versions are easy to use and I like that the functionality I’m using is free. I like the “duplicate” feature for expenses in the online version and hope they add it to the app soon as it makes logging expenses on the go quicker. I also wish they’d provide the ability to attach more than one image to any given expense. For instance when logging expenses for a trip I would like to be able to bundle the expenses with a combined total and attach multiple receipts to a single expense record. I also wish there was a way to have daily recurring expenses (like parking or mileage) for a given project, instead of just weekly/monthly. Trying to log my parking and mileage daily via the app without the duplicate feature gets tedious. However in the end this is a free app that still has a lot of features so it’s hard to be too critical.

Repeat issues with syncing and timer

I keep having issues with the app not syncing properly, old-time appears out of nowhere, and the clock doesn't start or stop sometimes. It's been this way off and on for a while. I have to constantly edit and check my time and invoicing I depend on accurate timing and invoicing. The desktop website has issues as well.

I’ve used Freshbook since 2007 and I have no plans to stop. Freshbook provides me with all the tools necessary tools to invoice, estimate, and get paid all while looking professional and up to date. Super easy to use, highly recommended.

I really love fresh books accounting software makes tracking and importing all expenses and income very easy mobile or desktop version! I never have to worry about forgetting to and put and expense while I’m out in the field

$12 processing fee?!

Just sent an invoice for $400 and client paid via online payment. FreshBooks or payment processor took out $12 before I received the payment. Seems like straight up gangster robbery in the age of PayPal, Venmo, Squarecash, & Apple Pay. I WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN. I’ve sent money across the planet for cheaper.
