Always put it down on paper before this way I can just grab the phone do the invoice when I’m at the job and not worry about missing things because it’s in the cloud
Where are Projects???

I’m a longtime freshbooks user and love it, but where are the list of projects in this app version of the great web tool? Being able to see your projects, and the ones you are close to going over your hours on, is critical, especially when tracking time using your phone. The mobile version of freshbooks should focus on expense tracking, time tracking, and project status as top priorities. Those are things mobile is tailored for. The rest are secondary.

every time I open this app up it tries to make me create a new account. very, very frustrating. tried to download the ‘classic’ app and it told me I needed to use this one...annoyed to say the least
Revising my Review - Great Support

I use the online version of FreshBooks all the time, especially to track time and expenses on the go. The app, even with latest updates installed, was locking up frequently. And it was still tracking time from a job I did quite a while ago even though I have discarded it many times - it was up to 268+ hours! I was frustrated and posted a not-so-nice review of the app. The team at FreshBooks reached out to me almost immediately to see if they could help resolve the issue - and to find out how to fix the problem if there was indeed a glitch in the app. Justin and William worked with me to help me figure out that the problem was that I had not done a recent update and I needed to clear the cache on my device. Once that was completed, the app is working perfectly. It’s very reassuring to have fabulous tech support and a responsive app developer. Thank you!

This is my 2nd time around with FreshBooks. They really care about their clients! The app is so helpful for me. I’m rather poor in managing details: they help me track expenses, create invoices, and other things I’d never remember or have time for!

FreshBooks changes my stress level!! I hated quickbooks it was too much for a small business. I tried FreshBooks and now I don’t dread invoicing time. The biggest plus is their OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks for making my life easier.
