Nearly all the coupons and deals are for packaged, processed foods. The rewards are pretty ridiculous too in that you have to buy 10 before you get the 11th free. Also, to register, you have to enter your full name, DOB and gender before you get access to the app. The deals are easy to add and you simply scan it before checking out so it is easy to use. So, if you are not a vegan, will shop there frequently and don't mind providing personal information to a grocery store, it is probably a good app.

In my opinion what would take your app to the ultimate level would be the ability to create a "shopping list", save it, pull up matching in store discounts for those items, and have the app tell me which aisle those items were located in your store! That would be amazing!

Update fails to install

The app is useless right now. My phone has been trying for days to install the update without success. In the meantime the app cannot be opened. I have tried to delete it but that hasn't worked either.

Decent app but needs a search option

I would shop this store more if there was a search option on the app. May sound crazy but I gravitate to stores that give me that option. My health issues do not allow me too much time to venture through stores without knowing what I'm going in after.

Easy access to weekly ad. Exclusive coupons to app users, and earn free products. Plus copies of your receipt stored digitally. Fresh Thyme has the best combo of prices and selection of any store I've been to.

The app works great. Can make a list easily enough from the sale ad. Deals are clearly labeled. Keeps track of purchases for freebies. Just wish it would also be viewed in landscape vs portrait mode.

This App allows you to accidentally erase your list and your coupons. It then charges non coupon price. This "free App" lead to an overcharge of about $40. I was able to cancel order. Cost me a lot of time and frustration. I'll shop at Costco, Holiday Market, Cantoro's, until they fix it.

Crashes and doesn't work

I tried creating an account by following the screen prompts, but get an error message and cannot finish creating account. When trying to open the app later on to try again, the app just keeps crashing and won't open.

I was really super excited about having to fresh thyme at now but it's not letting me set up an account it keeps saying error. It says having trouble connecting to the server please try again later. I've tried couple different times today. I thought it was my Internet access but it clearly isn't.

Can't process request to sign in

I was signed out after the last update and now it always says servers are busy or it can't process my request. Very frustrating when in there every week and have receipts piling up to scan into the app.
