Store is great, app needs work

I've been waiting for an app for awhile. I love this store and was excited when they finally had a rewards type app. It's fairly new so I expect there will be changes but right now it's fairly limited. There doesn't seem to be a way to view the store ad in app. To add things from the ad to the apps list you have to go to a web browser. Not what I want to have to do. The rewards are fairly limited too. Only a few items you can earn rewards on, the rest is all coupons (which are also fairly limited and don't change very often). It would be nice to see a more fleshed out reward program or more updated coupons in the future.

The reason I'm giving this a 4-star review is because I think that the app has some pretty cool features, I just feel that the look is pretty boring. One cool feature I really like is the itemized receipts it keeps on file. Really helps as my wife and I sit down to work out our grocery list because it shows the exact item and price/price per pound. I feel like the rewards section is a little small. Maybe add more items to get rewards for after buying so many. But thanks for making the app Fresh Thyme! Keep up the good work.

The physical store is outstanding. Don't waste your time on this app. It is beyond poor. I wish I could say the same for the app. First, you have to register to even look at the app. Once you are in, you see how poor of an app it is. Glitchy, jumpy. You find the "specials" are limited and the rewards are the likes of buy 10 sandwiches, get 1 free. Their website is 10x better than the app. Don't waste your time.

This app does need work. The coupons offered are not updated frequently. No reason to "check in" at the store except to possibly use one of the very few coupons offered.

Major flaws: -the coupons don't scan correctly, so the cashier or manager often has to override the system or issue a refund -if I make a shopping list Tuesday, I add items for "double ad Wednesday," but the items disappear from my app shopping list since they are not yet on sale (thus, when shopping Wed, my list only has half of what I actually added) -cannot view ad through app - you must go online Pros: -convenient shopping list to use at store (as long as my items are actually on the list) Cons: -it is annoying that available coupons pop up EVERY time I open the app (I didn't load them because I didn't want them!)

Really annoying to use this app. The deal coupons are so tiny - the type face and photos - makes this difficult to see and use quickly in store. Perhaps allow scanning of products in store to search for deals.
