It’s a “free” app but you have to pay if you want to use it. Don’t waste your time

FREEletics?

Meagan K.

Why is this app called FREEletics if you have to pay money? Deleted as soon as money came into the picture because I was supposedly downloading a free app. (Hence the name)

No good to those who rely on the ease of training with the Apple Watch

marcuswmd

This is the email I just sent to the developers which I feel sums up my thoughts on the entire app and it’s lack of best usefulness; Hi everyone, I really want to use the app but I just can’t bring myself to do it because it offers no Apple Watch integration app to go along with the program. We Apple users who really want to dedicate ourselves to an exercise usually at some point get an Apple Watch and soon discover that there is no better motivation in the Apple ecosystem for constant, in your face at all times instead of in your pocket or the device lying on your bed most of the day as with an iPad than the constant wearing of the Apple Watch offers! There a quite a few very well implemented Exercise apps for a full range of body exercises available with fantastic Apple Watch integration that count reps, time, offer animated shorts of how each exercise is supposed to be done properly and automatically sync with our Apple Health and Apple Activity app right on our watches to immediately count towards our daily move and exercise goals while sending us constant motivational pushed updates throughout the day telling us how much we have already accomplished and how much more we need to do to meet our goals! This wearable constantly updating information is indispensable! No mere iPhone or iPad only app can even come close to the ease of usability and motivation that having Apple Watch integration gives to any exercise app on the App Store. I know that many users have taken off star ratings from your app because you have not implemented this feature and it’s really a shame since I know your team has the full ability to do it and make it GREAT!

Best Bodyweight app

This app has gotten me so far from where I started. I was never really obese but I was never really a beast either. I saw this on an ad so then I decided to give it a try cause why not. 3 months later have a six pack. Totally worth the free download.

Good workouts, but where’s the Apple Watch app?

SwiftFeli

Honestly, doing these workouts will give you results and I have noticed a big difference. But there some major flows with the whole freeletics system: 1) How in the world does it not have an Apple Watch app in 2018? It’s literally the only workout app I use that doesn’t have one. 2) You cannot boast about all your great apps and how they supplement one another if they do not share data. Tried using all three together, it was just annoying. 3) There’s an issue with claiming your coach learns from your performance if you can’t tell it you couldn’t do one specific exercise in that workout. If it tells me to do 50 push ups and 50 squats, and I can only do the squats, but the push ups were too much, do I fail it? Do I complete it and get 75 push ups next week? I guess I’ll try Runtastic for a bit... at least for the Apple Watch

Omg this app rocks and it also gets you ROCK HARD ABS?

Love this app!

Yodes!

Loving it! Great value for the price in my opinion

In app subscription prices are a lie

nic0minaj

So I downloaded the app after seeing an ad to help me with my fitness and overall physical health and when I got to the part for the subscription the prices were not as they were meant to be. I clicked the 12 month one because it said it was about $2 and some change but then I got an email saying I’ve been charged $114.99. I’m looking up ways to get a refund from them but I’m very upset that they would just lie about the prices instead of just putting the full amount. Im sure this app is great but I’m never going to use this again :/

Amazing

I really love this app. It's convenient and you can take it anywhere.

In May 2018, I will have had this app for a subscribed year. In that year I have done the same exercises over and over and over again. I even reset the app twice and still all I've done are squats, lunges, sprawls, push ups and crunches. There are so many other exercises I see in the app that I want to do but the “Coach” rarely brings in anything new. If I do get a new exercise like “superman” i get to do it once every few months. I complained to Freeletics over a month ago and they said they would help but nothing happened. I like the interface of this app but everything else is just repetitive and it’s not worth another year long subscription. The company has responded saying they help and have another look into my training plan. As noted above you had that chance a month ago and no one helped me and NOTHING changed.
