This is assume, it look really easy till you start. Most I have sweated in months. Can’t wait to see the results in a month and 3

Misleading

So you give your email, get pumped about starting your new routine with your “coach”, and then you get hit with paying to move forward. Maybe it’s just me, but from the advertising I was under the impression that it was a free app. Conveniently gets your personal information & email BEFORE asking for money. No longer interested (not comfortable paying for something I’m not quite clear about), deleting the app but can’t my info out of their system. I’m not happy about the whole transaction.

This workout has changed my life. The emphasis on legs and core has increased my overall strength, endurance, and reduced aches and pains I used to have. I am still hoping to develop visible stomach muscles.

Stop asking me about a coach and let me workout by myself

Not finished with it to really give good insight

Good plan, app errors

I really liked the exercises, but it was wildly overblowing the “calories burned” that it would record. There was also a weird number of “click throughs” between exercises. Just go to the next one or at least simplify that interface, otherwise it breaks you out of your groove. Unfortunately this is unusable for me with the “calories burned” problem messing up.

Good app with a few flaws

I’ve used this app in the past and I’m glad it has improved. First I love the community and social networking behind the app. The UI is ok but you have to constantly be near your phone . I miss the Apple watch app where I could set my phone down and switch exercises from the watch. Also the health intervention is quirky. It loads each exercise individually instead of the entire workout. I would like to see that changed to include just the main workout. I find it easier to just turn off the Genard integration and just start a HIIT or Other workout on my watch. I think the developers are missing an opportunity with the health integration and the lack of a good Apple watch app. BTW the last one was glitchy. With all that said these programs will challenge you and are designed to get results. ????‍♂️
