Simply put, if you do t use it why charge you

The Alfy

I haven't used the app for over five months. I requested a cancellation and refund and they said they can't refund me. Honestly this is basic customer service. If your customer has NOT used your service WHY THE HELL would you charge them!? Anyway, that's my rant....

Love this program!

I’ve been using Freeletics for just over a year. I love the variety and the challenge. No two days are the same. Two things I’d like to see 1) being to “deload” a week if I miss a week or two to acclimate back into it. I’m 44 and I can’t just rebound like I used to. 2) be able to access the warm up and cool down portions separately from a workout. On my rest days, I’d still like to perform these movements to stay limber.

Always promot to subscribe to coach. I am already a subscriber.

I had a subscription for 12 momths. Meanwhile, I always get prompt to subscribe to coach again and again.

NOT FREE AT ALL

non hypocrite

Beware cancellation and customer service issues

Beware - Coach subscription ($90) renews without a reminder, and there is no option to receive a refund. Customer service is unhelpful / very poor. Company is just trying to trap cancelling customers for another year.

Awsome so far

Great app workouts are explained, the coach is highly recommended but is free without it, I’ll try the coach when there’s a special hahaha recommended already feeling the burn

So far, it’s great

Really good workouts, and the difficulty increases/decreases based on previous exercises. It has a nice variety of moves, and a simple, intuitive interface. The only thing missing is a Watch app so I don’t have to keep looking at my phone constantly when I’m at the gym.

Good

Good not great

Mixed feelings about this app. On the plus side it seems the exercises are well thought out and will yield results in time. Intense but gratifying. However; If in the description you say no equipment necessary, then why do you suddenly introduce a pull up bar? This is basic no? You say no equipment it should mean no equipment. It’s annoying there is no Apple Watch companion app. These are always very useful. Good technique is emphasized which is great, but every time you play an exercise demonstration video an annoying background music plays. This drives me crazy - specially if you are listening to your own music. The default setting should be muted!!! Some exercises are demoed without having to play a video while others are not. All should be demoed in the background. Sometimes the app requests feedback after a single exercise which is great but sometimes a whole sequence of different exercises go bye before feedback is required. How are you supposed to say exercise A was great but exercise B I couldn’t do? So too many issues in my opinion. I got the 3 month subscription and I very much doubt I will renew.

Nike train club app is way better not even close

This app was half thought out and disorganized. Much better info out there I’m an advanced lifter I bench 315+ squat over 400 so I do know what I’m talking about.
