So convenient

I love being able to refill meds without having to waste time on the phone. The staff is always great and our meds are always ready when promised. Very useful app. I wish they would make it where we could add a tab for each family member (our kids) on one app to make it easier to refill everyone's medicine.

I was halfway through updating my current prescriptions and the app CRASHED! And now it won't open. It acts like it's going to load and then it just goes back to my phone's home screen. I'm really disappointed because it seemed like a great app from what I got time I did get to use it. ?

The app does what it's supposed to do. The only time it didn't do it right was when my store was having computer problems

The Fred's pharmacy in Carthage MS is fabulous! The pharmacist is super helpful, and very knowledgeable! The app is an extension of that pharmacy. It has a lot of great features.. it sends me reminders for refills and I can refill all of my medications direct from my phone. I can send messages to my pharmacy! It is a very helpful tool that you will enjoy. It makes my life easier.

It's so easy to request refills, and keep track of all your meds as well as prescribing Doctors info. I have meds to take in the AM and PM so I have text reminders sent so I don't forget. Find any Fred's pharmacy, address and phone number in seconds with this app. Definitely a must have if you get your medications from Fred's.

The app tells me I don't have an internet connection when I know I do. Very frustrating.

First time I tried to use a digital coupon three clerks could not get it to work. I hope I have better luck next time.

I've enjoyed using the new app so far. I created a digital coupons account on the website, but was able to easily log in on the app and clip coupons. It's also nice to be able to view the current ad.
