Why must you repeat a story five times while scrolling through your articles? Are you so understaffed that you just keep repeating a story to fill content? And some of them keep repeating for over a month. I don’t care to read about a Christmas story in February. Delete the repeats. Remove older stories ( maybe after a week). Shorten the read/scroll time. Write more of your great coverage. Keep up the good journalism.
Crashes and locks up a lot!

I want to change my user name on this app. Everything that I read to change it, doesn’t apply. I cannot find my acct. One review said to change browsers…. Is this true? I’m trying to change it on the app on my iPhone. Can you specifically tell me how to do this?

The new layout keeps opening the new stories in Fox business or another side app which is ridiculous it’s difficult to then post it to any of your social media sites. Just go back to the old format so that it’s easier to navigate as well as do the postings.

Feb 12, 2022 read below. Still crashing iPhone. This is a known issue that they haven’t fixed in over a year. Jan 25, 2022 this app still bricks the phone! Fix the memory leak that is causing this. I’m reaching out to ATT to let them know that iPhone has issues with this app. I can’t receive phone calls or dial a contact unless I clear my phones memory after using the Fox News App. Jan 17, 2022 - Do not download this app. It degrades phone performance and crashes your phone. Very dangerous if you need to call 911. I don’t know why any mobile carrier would allow this app. Not to mention the Apple approval hasn’t caught this issue. I’ve been telling the Fox app team for over a year now and they still haven’t fixed it. I have to clear my phone’s memory every time I use this app, which isn’t much. I use NewsMax or OAN. I’m a professional mobile software tester, so I know what I’m talking about. Unfortunately the Fox app team doesn’t care. Oct 22, 2021 - Fox News app delivers a new bug along with all the other bugs that have made the usability horrendous for users. The new bug is the screen freezes when reading a story. The user can’t scroll up or down the news article and has to exit the article and reopen it. It’s been at least 18 months now that the crashing issue hasn’t been addressed. I’m shocked that Apple and AT&T haven’t pulled the app from the store due to the crashing issues and the possible memory leak that causes the phone to crash and restart. Fox News Product group, get your s*** together or step aside to let a competent leader take the reigns. I recommend using News Max or OAN for a better experience. Oct 14, 2021 - this app sets the standard for crappy apps. And the development teams embrace it. A year and a half and no fixes to address the crashing issue. Not to mention the memory leak that is causing it to crash an eating up resources to make your phone unresponsive causing a restart or memory clear.

I really wish it would allow you to be able to use your phone data like all the other news apps. I love Fox News but I’m not able to get it to work simply because I don’t have home internet I just use my cell phone data.
