Somewhat confused

This is the 2nd day in a row that I'm not getting coins for my check-ins. I know I'm always in the location I need to check in. I already send them an email for support.

Ridiculously poor function at times. Seems the people at Swarm spend more time posting positive reviews of their own app or hitting the office bar than they do maintaining a stable program. It locks up, some people can check into a dozen places in 20 minutes while others get locked out after three checkins in a hour. Mayorships for some are lost the day after getting them as others can win them back instantly. The buggy program makes the competition aspect of the game pointless.

I do love this app. My problem is it only gives me the stickers when it feels like it. One example is the overshare. Just today I've had over 20 check ins. I believe I should have got it as well as other occasions and other stickers. It really takes some of what should be fun out of it for me. Other than that I'm enjoying it. My most recent problems is it cleared where you used to be able to see green as you would work toward earning stickers like CLIPPY. All the sudden my previous check ins are gone and I should have earned CLIPPY this last check in. It didn't give me my sticker or am I earning check ins toward getting my 3xs to upgrade. I haven't got credit for any of the check ins needed to get the 3x on stickers I should have already earned that upgrade. It's frustrating and when I read all these reviews I find it even more frustrating because nothing is being "fixed" every time we have to upgrade. Maybe you should consider fixing the basics before adding all these opt in contests most won't win but want to use the app because we loved it originally.

I love to swarm! This is my favorite social media app by far, because I am not looking at anyone/anything that I don't want to look at. Swarm has one focus- locations. The coins and prize-incentives are not only great reasons to check-in; I also to swarm because it's a simple way to remember all the great and not-so-great places I've been to! I would recommend this app to teenagers, young adults, middle-aged adults, and seniors!
Not showing Places I Forgot

Why did the app stop showing places where I may have forgotten to check in?! I really liked that feature and it no longer does it for me. I miss gaining those few coins for those forgotten places.

The find more friends review is more than annoying. I am already connected with my friends through Swarm. Stop trying to use me to get more members.

I love checking into places I'm at because of this app. The funny little icons I get for random things are awesome too! Just wish more people I knew had this so I'd have more competition in my area! ?
