The Sales Associate at the Fossil Store offered free batteries for life. My battery that I got did not last long at all. I took it to the Fossil Store to get a replacement battery. I was told that there is a charge for replacement batteries. Wow! That’s horrible Customer Service!
Hybrid fossil watch

Would highly suggest this watch. Has classic look to it and is very comfortable. App is very easy to use and set up.

I love my Fossil hybrid smartwatches (I have 2 and have bought others as gifts) but the app wasn’t as helpful as other fitness trackers for insights & data...UNTIL NOW!!! I just updated to the new version, so I’ve only explored it a bit, but I am so so so happy and excited to start using it! I’m THRILLED that you can now see detailed activity and send sleep data to the Apple Health app!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

Pueden agregar widgets o shortcuts para las direcciones, en la duracion de trayecto o tiempo estimado de llegada y poder cambiar o agregar direcciones facilmente.! Poder agregar mas app a la alerta de notificaciones, mas las sugeridas por la app de fossil

Upgraded but not better

The upgrade interface looks great. However, since the update the Fossil app does not sync correctly to the Apple Health app. Every day since the update, I am missing several hours worth of data that appears in Fossil but not Apple Health. This is a big downfall.
Buttons don’t work

The upper and lower buttons seldom work properly. Music control failed, volume up/down failed, photo taking failed...please fix ASAP. Loved these shortcut buttons.
Poor colors

Really disappointed in the new design, light teal on white background is very hard to read sometimes when outside. Please consider making the app more customizable so people can revert to previous colors or even pick their favorites. Just a visually poor change to those that actual use the app when counting steps or measuring fitness goals.
App update unreliable

Ever since the app update I wake up to 3,500 -4,000 steps each morning. Unless someone is putting my watch on in the middle of the night there’s an issue. I’m addition, two weeks of data is gone. It’s bad enough it doesn’t track steps correctly as it is, but adding thousands in the middle of the night when the watch isn’t even worn is on a new level. Wrote support, but until this is corrected will get a low review. Update: reduced to 1 star. Developer responded with boiler plate language that didn’t address the review. It clearly states that I’m not wearing the product; therefore, the shoddy algorithm shouldn’t have anything to do it with. It clearly states I’m not wearing the watch and I wake up to it. Since the review it is not only adding steps overnight but adding steps in the future. This morning I woke up to 3,800 steps and some are occurring at 4 and 5 pm. The issues with support, it’s app, and the shoddy product are pushing me to dumb fossil after being a 10 year customer.
