Not compatible with MJ cameras?

Email from tech support: Thanks for getting in touch with us. We are sorry that the cameras FI8919W and FI8910W cannot work on Foscam NVR APP, since the Foscam NVR app doesn't support MJ stream on it. So we suggest you access and view these two cameras on your monitor or web browser. What's the point of the app? Foscam needs to fix this ASAP As of now older cameras won't be remotely accessible through the NVR That's one of the reasons I bought the NVR Foscam Please help! Fix the app and make it a great product

Ever since the last update that you guys did a couple of weeks ago I can know longer see my cameras in my NVR I don't know what exactly happened but I do not think my NVR is syncing with the server please fix thank you. Update 4/22/17 they just did and update A couple days ago and my cameras are still not visible I cannot see any of my Foscam cameras ever since the last update and the current update I do not know what they did but I cannot see it through the app please fix the issue.

Latest update doesn't work

The latest update of the app will not connect to the cameras. The previous version works great and still works great on my iPad which I prevented from upgrading. Please fix this. Update 5/18/17 - I couldn't stop my iPad from updating and now that won't connect to the cameras either. How can you ignore this and an unhappy customer. I have a lot of Foscam devices but am rethinking my decision.

I'm able to see the device but it does not connect. I purchased this foscam nvr thinking I would be able to use on a mobile phone but can't seem to get it to work. Will be returning my Foscam NVR and 8 cameras if I can't get it to work.

The first time I connected I got two of the fi9900p cameras but the 3rd camera (internal camera will not connect. When I shut and opened the app again I get no cameras. It will not connect.

Initial installation of both cameras and app worked great for two days. Now can't connect to either server or something else because I can't see the cameras when away from home with and w/out wifi. Update and fix problem pls. Spent a good amount of money on this for it not to work.
