Ripped me off. Foscam USA, Foscam China - all the same but they crippled US app, stole my free US, 1 cam web access- forced to use their Chinese fee based, and now their stupid app disabled even my live view and my own record capability to my own built in AD card storage. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!! Their hardware is useless in the states.

UPDATE: April 10, 2018 A rare update came along, so hoping improvements had been made, I installed it, but I was quickly and sadly disappointed. UI looks great! If only I could see a live feed and playback. ☹️☹️???? ________________________________________ PREVIOUS REVIEW Spectacular- NOT! Small IP cameras like these USE to be inexpensive and the way to go. We recently purchased an entire 8 camera with 2 gig recording for about the same to purchase 3 Foscam cameras. Add what you have to end spending if you want to record all your cameras isn't worth it anymore!! Pretty lame - you're limited to recording & getting notifications from ONE camera! At lest D-link allows at least 4 cans that I know of ( the quantity we have)and NO charge for emailed files & notifications. C'mon Foscam - you're not even having to store images! Maybe I'll see if there's a way to do yourself that's not complicated if you have a Foscam camera with SD card? But the greed can't be overcome at the moment by poor support, poor implementation and poor software.

After updating the app I was no longer to live view my cameras from the app. The recordings could be viewed and new recordings were being generated but the live view was gone. So I had to log in from my computer, delete all the cameras, update the firmware and add them again. Two of them were added and worked flawlessly. The third however couldn't be added to my cloud account. I can view the camera remotely with another app and all my cameras are setup the same so I have to believe the issue is with the site. So I called customer support and was number 26 in the que, 40 minutes later I got a person on the phone. He accessed my computer remotely and worked on it for over an hour before saying this was a common hardware issue. Really, took an hour to come up with that, I'm calling BS! Regardless he's unable to get it working with the cloud account. So he told me to email tech support and someone would contact me. Very frustrating since everything was working perfectly fine before I updated the app. Update: finally got the 3rd camera working. I had to log into the camera locally go to the system tab and do a factory reset. Then set the camera up from scratch. I was then able to add to my cloud account. I moved up to 3 stars because the recordings are much better after this update. However after 2 hours on the phone with customer service and a lot of trial and error before figuring it out myself I'm now drinking.

Ugly interface. I cannot figure out how to delete videos on the timeline. This needs to be fixed.
