Video isn't stable & often fails to notify. Motion detection isn't reliable & replay speeds are irregular. It's run by a company called "CamCloud" but the won't respond to issues. Save your time & $$

It's so glitchy, and not reliable on recording really anything. So the time you will need it. Nothing will be recorded. Good luck

This is an excellent app and cloud service! I drive a truck for a living and this lets me pay attention to things around the house while I'm gone.

The app is genuinely poor and actually doesn't do what it's suppose to do. If I could give it no stars I would, buy swan or even Dlink ip cameras but avoid Foscam. Recording sometimes just plain fails, screen flashes and brightens to the point where you can see anyone in the shot, and the app is terribly slow and unreliable for having to pay for that piece of garbage. And trust me it's not pricing, I know of some now that are cheaper and far more reliable than Foscam. They just have no shame, and love to obtain money but forget they must have a quality product as well.

I paid for the cloud service. I use two cameras. The Foscam app sorta works but this cloud app does not do anything! The cameras pass the test and I can view the cameras. I set up the app to detect motion detection and nothing happens! I am going to terminate my account and try another service I hope will work with these two cameras I paid about $480 for both. The customer service is horrible as ro be expected whenever you buy a product that makes you think they have great customer support stamped all over the box. I found out that one camera had outdated software and was told I did not but from an authorized reseller which is BS! The guy was rude and a jerk after telling me this. However turns out I bought an older model he did not feel like helping me upgrade the firmware. The other camera came with the current firmware. I plan to return both cameras and spend a little more money on a brand name product who truly cares about customer service rather then blow me off like the person did to me because he did not feel like doing his job! I had both of the cards that comes with both camera with the ID support code that he did not feel like having me give him the codes. I would fire anyone who treated a customer like the person who refused to honor the included card number for support. He lied to me telling me the camera firmware was corrupted! Do not buy unless you know what your doing! Customer service should be rated -4 stars!
