This seemed like an good app for support, and I am sure it is. The free version is locked down so tight. Unless you want to pay 9.95 a month this app is worthless. You are better subbing to /nofap on Reddit.

This app is absolutely the best out there for tracking and helping with purity. While no app will ever compare to face to face accountability, this app does a great job. It tracks everything about your journey, from your location, to mood, to time of day, to most effectively give you a chance to have purity. I would so recommend this app, it is wonderful!

I have used this app for a few days now. I have paid money for brainbuddy, and "the mindul habit." I can honestly say the videos, discussions, and exercises on this app keeps you engaged more than any other program I have tried yet. I feel so grateful to have found such a great tool to get over porn addiction and I hope if you're struggling the ways I have been, you download this too. I promise you it is worth it.
