Could be better, at least the support could, only ever contacted them once about a glitch and they didn’t want to listen to me. Besides the support side the game is okay.

I downloaded your game to give you one star for your predatory ads that dont let me exit them. Great job.

I like this game but I have a couple of frustrations. One, it take too long to acquire plot to expand your empire. By the time you get a sugared of land , there are too many things you want to do and can only do one or two. 2nd thing, when in battle, you get one turn of attack to the opponents 3to 4 attack. That stacks the odds too much against , so you rarely win battles. Please make the game more fair and you’ll get 5 stars

I love this game, plain and simple. The only thing I would change is the ability to rotate the buildings. It’s like playing Tetris to design a city without wasted space. If we had the ability to rotate those building and decorations I could fit way more into my city. I wish there was a separate way to put stuff into a design holding box (not into the inventory, as there are occasionally things that do that) so that I could free up the whole city to redo my design to fit my needs.

I understand the need for in app purchases, but I have a few questions: -why am I not able to expand without spending diamonds? Which require real money to purchase. -why am I not able to finish certain researches without spending diamonds? Which require real money to purchase I like the game, it seems fun and it’s WhT I look for, but I can’t do anything without spending real money. For certain things, sure I understand, but to make to where I can’t even expand without spending money gives the perception that you all are just out for money. I would give four or maybe even five stars but with it appearing you just want money makes it kind of difficult. Please answer my questions.

Was loving the game. Even paid for several upgrades. Then, life happened and wasn’t able to play for a few weeks. They deleted everything with no warning. When I sent a support ticket, support made no effort to restore the game or refund money. Hey they got paid right, apparently it’s all they care about, tough luck for me. Deleting the game.

The game only offers very few diamonds for fundamental establishments. Every key build/ research things acquire too many diamonds as well as working time.
