Coupon Code Not Working

I received a coupon code and now when I go to check out it won’t let me use it and says it’s expired. I’ve only had the code maybe 20 minutes and have not previously used it. Disappointing. I will not be purchasing anything.

After shopping I was not given the discount code that was initially offered. Not happy with this, it cost me $10 additional dollars.
Cannot see more than one image of the product

Okay I always shop in F21 app everything was fine until recently. I cannot see any other pictures of the same product. Pls fix this bug
Very difficult to reset my password

Never was able to reset password - and therefore had to make a NEW email address . Not happy about having to do that !

Forever 21 es una de mis tiendas favoritas ya que siempre son los primeros en traer al mercado lo mas nuevo en la moda. Lamentablemente estoy muy desilusionada porque Puerto Rico nunca aplica para free shipping, me gustaría que re-evaluaran las opciones de compra para nosotros los clientes. Gracias.

I don’t know if I’m the only one who has had this consecutive issue, but the checkout will not generate my address and it will send error codes that make it unable for me to purchase anything. I’ve ran into this problem almost every single time I have wanted to buy anything and it forces me to shop elsewhere for my items.

I’ve never felt the need to write a review before, however after using this app - I feel the need to warn others about just how horrid an app this. Customer service is useless and I was told they could do nothing on their end. I downloaded the app to take advantage of their discount code, however the app won’t let you check out with it and is useless. The worst experience I’ve ever had with an app. Would not recommend to anyone.
