Please do not waste your time it is better to find a store, delivery takes forever they use usps (like who does that in 2020) also they never have agents available when there is a problem. The app will frustrate you more than it will help you. You were warned! This app has the worst user experience

It could be a more seamless experience when going from IG to app. I shopped on the web browser site from Instagram and when I downloaded the app the items weren’t in my cart. Would be so much better if that carried over into app so I didn’t have to shop again.

I ordered two swim tops during the swimsuit sale back in June and I never received my order. Whenever I looked at the tracking information it just said “delivery date information will be available once details are provided by the carrier.”

I usually shop for my husband for his boutique, the Afterpay allows me to get as much as I need and pay it in installments. His customers loves the quality of clothes
Difficult to search, navigate and get info from automated chat!

Otherwise ok - search is only available on front page- if I go to plus size- no search and the filters are just not enough to narrow search. Navigation was irritating because of no search. A stylist chat?! An automated chat is ridiculous. Especially when labeled stylist chat.
