Items stuck in the cart for some reason.

I’ve used the app before and there wasn’t any problems. However, for about 3 months I’ve had item that are no longer available stuck in my cart. I can’t remove them cause I get an error message that the item can’t be updated. I’ve tried proceeding to checkout, I’ve tried logging out and in again, I’ve even deleted the app and downloaded it again but I still have the unavailable items stuck in my cart. I can use the app and add items to my cart but I can’t proceed to check out, so the app is useless to me.

yeah no it’s definitely just mid. i ordered a shirt using a gift card and when i went to order another thing ab twenty minutes later it kept saying my card was invalid which i knew it wasn't bc it was my first time using it and it had more than enough left on it but it’s cool. got cute clothes and stuff.

I’m really not sure if it is a glitch or not but everything, I mean everything I clicked on that I really like was sold out. I even went through styles I don’t normally check, and they are all sold out ?

I mean I WANT to buy things from forever 21 but this app does not work. I had to delete this app last year because forever 21 kept adding an $8 mystery charge to my cart? Now I downloaded the app again and for some reason there’s stuff in my cart already and when I try to take it out it doesn’t work. Logged out of that account and tried to make a new one but it won’t let me do that either! Cool! Guess I just won’t shop here? Since y’all literally will not let me???

The saves don’t save after you close the app so there’s no point in using this cause I can never find what I’m looking for. Don’t wanna have to search through thousands of times to find one thing.

If you have an out of stock item in your cart you can’t remove it, move it to wishlist or do anything.. can’t proceed to checkout because of out of stock item… so basically u can’t shop on the app.. bug been there for months now..

Very slow and won’t even let me log in anymore. Thought it was weird that it was telling me my password was wrong, I went to my laptop and tried logging in there and boom I was in. Makes no sense.
