Impossible to shop

Every time I open the app there’s always something that’s not working. I can’t add anything to my cart, delete anything from my cart, move to wishlist, delete off wishlist, add to wishlist, search anything, and select sizes. It’s literally impossible for me to shop on this app.

Cant add address in address book

Nothing happens after pressing “save address”. Can’t put space into apt field. I can put Apt100, not “Apt 100”

Haven’t been able to place an order in MONTHS because the app is unable to remove out of stock items from my cart!! I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it still won’t do it!!

I’m not one to leave a review on anything let alone a bad one but this app is basically useless!!! I literally cannot go through the categories of items because the app is BLANK. I close and reopen and when I try to select something it’s like it’s not responding. UPDATE YOUR APP

I ordered $31 of clothes and thought they had gotten it. No. They deleted my order and took my money. Never going here again. I’ve had no problem with them last year but now they’re crap. Don’t even go here unless you want your money taken. That’s two to three hours of work I won’t get back.

I hate using this app! Always glitches! I’m never able to use promo codes. Right now I’m not able to remove some items that are out of stock out my cart so now it’s not letting me order anything! Tried signing in using the desktop site, keeps making me change my password!! It’s an endless loop of sending me to my email to change my password!! I love the deals but using this app is unbearable!! I used to shop here online all the time. But now I don’t even bother because it’s such a hassle!! I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I’m really fed up to the point where I don’t even want to shop here anymore!! Do better!!

I think y’all neglected this app BAD because close to nothing works. I can’t take out of stock items, or anything for that matter, out of my shopping cart, some sections don’t load, and I had to make a new account who knows how many times now. Please give us an update or something I beg.

Shopping cart issue

I love forever 21 but I haven’t been able to add anything to my cart for about a week. I’ve chatted with someone in customer service who did not help me with the issue or give me any explanation. They told me that I can’t have more than 20 items in my cart which has never been a problem before when I’ve ordered more than 20 items in the past. I just want to be able to report that it gives me an technical error message when I try to add anything else to my cart.
