This was not helpful at all. An owners manual helps you troubleshoot issues. Look up answers that you may have questions on certain topics such as how to work certain appliances. However this doesn’t help at all. All it does is give warnings of what to do in case of such and such. Not once did i find any information i was in need of. I need help in understanding the electrical vs the gas systems. Ugh. Waste of time.

I downloaded the app but it won’t open. I tried deleting them reinstalling. Nope, won’t open?♀️?♀️

The app is nothing but a collection of PDFs! Even then, the info is so generic and unhelpful. Google works much better than this app. I design digital content for a living and would be happy to help make this app worthwhile but it needs a complete redo.

Complete waste of time. No technical info at all, zero user manual info. I just wanna know how to light my water heater pilot light and that is not even listed. Terrible.
